This is a Tabata style workout class designed to burn calories build muscle and most importantly leave you feeling great. Dumbbells or Barbell Required. We also suggest having a sweat towel and bottled water close by. Suggested Dumbbell weight of 5 - 20 lbs Suggested Barbell weight of 10 - 40 lbs
